It runs on the same infrastructure we would put behind a client's system — a managed Postgres database, a CDN, an email provider, and a deployment pipeline.

- Every query and every write is filtered by organisation, so an account can only ever reach its own firm's records.

- A new account gets a real welcome email, sent from the application rather than by hand.
- Image uploads
- Contact and company images upload straight to a CDN and are served as resized thumbnails.
- Automated deploys
- A merge runs the checks, migrates the database and ships the release without anyone touching a server.
