Every person you deal with, moving through a status pipeline from lead to prospect to customer. Link a contact to the company they work for, then search and filter the list down to whoever you need.
Industry, location and website on one record, with the contacts and deals attached to that company listed beside them. Deleting a company keeps its people and its deals — they are simply unlinked.
Six stages from new to won or lost, on a board where a deal moves stage from a menu on its card. Each column carries a count and a running total in rupees, so the board and the numbers never disagree.
Calls, emails, meetings and tasks, each attached to the contact or the deal it belongs to. Give one a due date and it appears under Upcoming until the date passes, then under Overdue until it is ticked off.
A timestamped note on any contact or deal, kept in order on the record it was written against. What was said stays with who it was said to.
Open pipeline value, deals won this month and everything overdue, above a feed of what changed most recently across contacts, deals and activities.
Access is approved by hand, usually within a working day.

The CRM above is the portfolio. Everything we would use to build your system is already running in it, which means you can look at the work before you commit to any.
This CRM is a working example: Next.js App Router, server actions, PostgreSQL with Prisma, type-safe end to end. We build the same way for clients — a real database, real authentication, and a codebase that can be handed over.
Every merge to main runs migrations and deploys automatically via GitHub Actions to Vercel. Zero-touch releases, with the checks that gate them running on the same pipeline.
Managed Postgres with connection pooling, transactional email, CDN-backed image delivery. Infrastructure a small team can run without hiring someone to watch it.
How We Build
A small firm can only work this way: nothing is hidden until the end, and you see the thing working before you pay for the next part of it.
We learn how the work is done now, agree what the software has to change, and write down what is in and out of scope.
The data model first, then the screens over it. Decisions that are expensive to reverse get made here, in the open.
Each phase ends with something you can open and use. This CRM was built exactly this way, one working slice at a time.
You use the phase and tell us what is wrong with it. Type checks, linting and a production build run on every change.
Release is automated from the first phase onward, so shipping a fix is a merge. We stay on after launch.
